Pearl is doing a lot better with her walking abilities, she walks almost everywhere now. When she's tired she seems to fall on her tush more, but she's stubborn and gets right back up (if only to fall a few steps later).
She hasn't started talking English quite yet, she is still speaking what I like to call "Pearlese". Pearlese certainly seems like it could be an actual language, however, no one but Pearl can understand it.

We all went out today for a drive in the car, did some errands and what not, but mostly we wanted to get out of the house for a while. Pearl is great in the car most of the time, once and a while it seems as though she cannot stand being in her car seat. We thought she might be fussing because she was hungry, so Mommy fed her applesauce while we were driving (that didn't go just in her mouth, heh). When that didn't work I knew she just had enough of that damn seat. We got to Publix and she got to ride around in a shopping cart, and flirt with other shoppers. She got really excited when she saw an older little girl, she was laughing, waving, and pointing at the other child. I think we are raising a little lady that's going to be quite a social butterfly.
